You can now manage your check in into the hotel from home. Access your personal area on our website and check in online. Jump the queues !!!

For individual bookings we don't accept groups of more than 4 rooms, stag or hen parties, celebrations or aniversaries. Individual bookings that make a group will not be accepted.

When you make bookings through our online booking system, we believe it is important for our customers to have all the possible information about the details they must have ready when making a booking and what they must do once the booking has been confirmed through our system. Available services in our network of hotels

How can I get an RH Member Card?

If you have been in any of our establishments before, you simply have to Log-in on our web to see your Code. On the left hand side of the main screen there is a link saying "Member Login", once inside, you have to introduce your passport number and date of birth, once the system has recognised you, it will give you your RH Member Code.

Check in online & Group bookings

Free transfer

Free transfers are available for guests that have booked direct through RH Hotels. If this is the case you need to log in to RH website on client log in and enter your e-mail & password.

You will see my bookings, select “current” booking and at the bottom of the page there is a transfer icon. Click on info and it will take you to the site for reserving your transfers.

Free transfers must be made at least 48 hours prior to departure from the UK and are not available once in resort.

*Service available for bookings made through our website with minimum stay of 4 nights (Airport) and 6 nights (Train station) for Benidorm and minimum stay of 6 nights for Calpe. Includes one suitcase per person (extra baggage has additional cost).

* 25th of December this service is not available. .
* This service must be booked at least 48 hours before arrival at the hotel.
* Times:
* Alicante Airport: 24hrs services
* Estación de Tren de Alicante: de 9:00h a 20:10h
