The SPA of our hotel has a cost of €10 per person per circuit. its duration is 1 hour and you can book it through our website or directly at the hotel.

- Outdoor Jacuzzi in the pool area. (summer)
The minimum age for access to the gym is 16 years.
(*)Children under 13 years of age may access the SPA from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. accompanied by an adult.
(*) Children from 13 to 16 years old can access at any time but always accompanied by an adult.
Mandatory use of trainers for the gym, swimming cap and flip-flops for the spa. If you do not have any of these items, they can be purchased at the hotel in a kit for a cost of €5. If purchased separately, the cost is €3 per item.

Are drinks included in my reservation?
Are drinks included in my booking?
Drinks in the restaurant are not included when on Half Board or Full Board options. Only house wine and water will be included in reservations with the over 60's rate (in the hotels where said rate is valid).
However, with the All Inclusive option, the drinks indicated in the general conditions of the same will be included (in hotels where this option is available).

The Hotel RH Victoria has a large number of rooms with a shower and others with a bathtub. You can request it when making the reservation or discuss it directly at reception, but in no case it can be 100% guaranteed.

How can I get the promotional Birthday code?
A newsletter with the promotional code will be sent on your birthday. You must be registered as a customer and have the option to receive promotions activated.
How long is the code valid for?
It’s valid during 7 days from the day it is sent and for bookings during the next 12 months.
Where can I use the promotional code?
Only for new bookings and for one use, applicable to one room per code, excluding additional services.
What do I do if the code doesn’t work?

About our All Inclusive service
All Inclusive in our hotel
The Hotel RH Victoria has 2 types of All Inclusive: the Gold card and the Silver card (identified with dots on our menu to be identified). If you want branded drinks you have a 70% discount for being an all-inclusive guest. (Selected brands of the following liquors are excluded from the discount: Whiskey, Brandy, Rum, Gin and Vodka).
The card is non-transferable and must be accompanied by the corresponding bracelet when ordering your drink. The use of the card is exclusive for the guest for whom it has been contracted. Drinks may not be ordered for other guests unrelated to the contracting of said card and in case of doing so, this will entail the cancellation of the same, not reimbursing the amount paid for the provision of this service.
This service is available to our guests from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at night.

You can book the parking service in our hotels during the reservation process of the hotelesrh.com website. To do this you must indicate the number plate of your car.
The parking cancellation policy is free up to 24 hours before your arrival, after this period €20 will be charged as a cancellation fee.

Free transfer
Free transfers are available for guests that have booked direct through RH Hotels. If this is the case you need to log in to RH website on client log in and enter your e-mail & password.
You will see my bookings, select “current” booking and at the bottom of the page there is a transfer icon. Click on info and it will take you to the site for reserving your transfers.
Free transfers must be made at least 48 hours prior to departure from the UK and are not available once in resort.
*Service available for bookings made through our website with minimum stay of 4 nights (Airport) and 6 nights (Train station) for Benidorm and minimum stay of 6 nights for Calpe. Includes one suitcase per person (extra baggage has additional cost).

Do I need to add children or babies to the booking?
Yes, it is necessary to add all the guests. By guest we understand all physical person that will be staying at the chosen hotel, be it adult, child or infant.
The hotel needs to have a prevision of the guests and ages of the occupants, as some room types won't fit an extra bed or cot.
When making a booking we consider children up to the age of 12 years included, after this, they are considered adults.

We are sorry, however, it is not possible to stay with a pet in our hotels, except in the Studios RH Vinaròs Playa. We will provide a pet kit consisting of a cage with a mat, food bowl, water bowl, welcome treats and a map of how to get to Playa Can in Vinaròs, Aiguaoliva.
The price for hosting your pet is €15 kit/day. (Please check with the hotel in the case of having a pet that exceeds 15 kilos).

No, except for completely open spaces.
Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the hotel premises, including rooms, common areas, and restaurants. Smoking is also not permitted on room terraces or balconies, as smoke can enter neighboring rooms and affect other guests' experiences.
To ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests, we have implemented a no-smoking policy throughout the hotel. This includes cigarettes, cigars, pipes, electronic cigarettes, and any other tobacco-related devices. There are no designated smoking areas within the hotel except for outdoor spaces.
