Free transfers are available for guests that have booked direct through RH Hotels. If this is the case you need to log in to RH website on client log in and enter your passport number and date of birth.
You will see my bookings, select “current” booking and at the bottom of the page there is a transfer icon. Click on info and it will take you to the site for reserving your transfers.
Free transfers must be made at least 48 hours prior to departure from the UK and are not available once in resort.
