Covid 19 Protocols

The highest requirement in standards and procedures of safety, cleanliness, quality and environment, has been a priority for our chain since it began. In response to the coronavirus, we have reduced the capacity of the hotel by adjusting the amount of people. We have implemented new additional measures in line with the instructions of the World Health Organization, to offer maximum security to our guests and employees. Free Transfer Benidorm & Calpe

Free transfers are available for guests that have booked direct through RH Hotels. If this is the case you need to log in to RH website on client log in and enter your passport number and date of birth.

You will see my bookings, select “current” booking and at the bottom of the page there is a transfer icon. Click on info and it will take you to the site for reserving your transfers.

Free transfers must be made at least 48 hours prior to departure from the UK and are not available once in resort.
