  • Remember, before booking on our website. Make sure there are sufficient funds available on your credit card.
 
  • The required card details besides the number are: The expiry date (month and year) and the CVV2/CVC2 number (this number is located on the back of the card next to the signature strip). You will be required to enter this three digit number into the corresponding field.
 
  • Remember to check that the dates requested coincide with the dates of your stay. If you wish to modify your booking at a later date, this could incur a cancellation fee.

How do I make an on-line booking?
Once you have chosen the destination and hotel you can make the booking at various places on our website. The main page has a form where you can select your destination, hotel (it will show you all the hotels available at your chosen destination), and the check-in and check-out dates. Another option is on the individual hotel web page, in this case you will only need to indicate the check-in and check-out dates. The following steps are recorded on the system, such as personal details and lastly, bank details.

  • The client must have made the booking through www.rh-hotels.co.uk and must have the corresponding booking number.
  • The lower price found must be able to be booked online on another web page under the same conditions as the booking made on www.rh-hotels.co.uk, that is to say, the booking must be confirmed immediately and in real time. This price must be applicable to the same hotel for the same type of room and lodging, for the same dates and number of guests. Online hotel bookings or websites where bookings are made without revealing the name of the hotel during the booking processes are not included.
  • The guarantee is not applicable in cases of errors in the uploading or publication of the prices on other websites.
  • The guarantee is applicable to lower prices whose restrictions (cancellation policies, deposits policies, etc) are equal to the restrictions applicable to the fee reserved via www.rh-hotels.co.uk.
  • The guarantee does not apply to confidential rates, any type of voucher system, rates that form part of a package holiday together with other services, company, group, meeting rates, etc.
  • The guarantee refers to the final price paid by the user, which includes the costs deriving from the services, taxes, fees or management costs charged to users by other websites.
  • The guarantee refers to the total price payable by the user for the entire stay, not to the partial price of some or all of the days of the same.
  • Claims must be made within 24 hours of having made the original booking at www.rh-hotels.co.uk.
  • Once the best price guaranteed rate has been confirmed, no modifications can be made

Once you have completed your online booking...
  • Note down the address and phone number of the hotel selected. Therefore, you can contact us more easily in case of unforeseen circumstances in transit or if you wish to inform us of your late arrival.

 

  • Check the hotel's location on the map. If necessary, we would recommend that you print out the map or use a service such as Google Maps.

 

  • Download your e-mail. In it you will find additional information that may be of use to you prior to your arrival at the hotel. If you have not received an e-mail from us please check your anti-spam folder.

Claim Verification and Procedure when finding a lower tarif

Our central booking centre verifies the validity of the claim based on our published Terms and Conditions and the customer will be contacted by e-mail or telephone to inform them of the status of their claim.

How much notice is required to cancel my bookings without incurring any cancellation charges?

You have up to 4 days before your arrival at the hotel.

When will I receive the booking confirmation e-mail?
As soon as you finish the booking, the website will show you a booking voucher for you to print out. You will also receive an e-mail confirming your booking shortly.

Must I provide any identification documents on my arrival at the hotel?
It is important that you carry the printed booking confirmation with you that we sent you by e-mail although it is not vital as the hotel already has all of your booking details Don’t forget to bring your National Identity Document or Passport to confirm the booking is in your name.

Can I cancel my booking automatically?
The answer is yes. Enter as if you were making a booking and at any of the steps, look for the link at the bottom of the page that says “cancel booking”. Once inside you just have to enter your booking reference number and your e-mail and shortly you will receive an e-mail confirming your cancellation.

What is a deposit? Where can I view the deposit amount?
The deposit is a booking confirmation guarantee. The amount is the value of the first night’s stay and will be discounted from the final hotel bill on settlement.

What happens if I find a lower rate?

The steps to follow if you find a lower rate are the following:

  1. Review the Terms and Conditions of the “Minimum Rate Guaranteed” Programme.
  2. Make your booking through our website www.rh-hotels.co.uk.
  3. Tell us in writing where you found the lower rate, subject to it being under the same conditions: Hotel, type of room, dates, applicable offer, same number of persons and type of lodging.
  4. You must submit your claim within 24 hours of booking at www.rh-hotels.co.uk to: quieromimejorprecio@hotelesrh.com or call our customer service line (+0034) 902 99 60 72.

Will I receive offers (long stay offers, advance booking discounts) if I book through the website?
You can be sure that if you book through our website all the possible discounts for length of stay or dates will be applied to your booking.

Obtaining and using the RH Card
How can I get an RH Member Card?

If you have been in any of our establishments before, you simply have to Log-in on our web to see your Code. On the left hand side of the main screen there is a link saying "Member Login", once inside, you have to introduce your passport number and date of birth, once the system has recognised you, it will give you your RH Member Code.
