How do I make an online booking?
Once you have chosen the destination and hotel you can make the booking at various places on our website. The main page has a form where you can select your destination, hotel (it will show you all the hotels available at your chosen destination), and the check-in and check-out dates. Another option is on the individual hotel web pages, in this case you will only need to indicate the check-in and check-out dates. The final option is to click on the button located on the top right hand side (only available on some pages) and on doing so it will open a form where you can select the dates, destination and category or the hotel directly. The following steps are recorded on the system, such as personal details and lastly, bank details.

When will I receive the booking confirmation e-mail?
As soon as you finish the booking, the website will show you a booking voucher for you to print out. You will also receive an e-mail confirming your booking shortly.

When and how do I pay for my booking?
One of the booking steps involves giving your credit card details to which we will charge the amount of your first nights stay by SECURE PAYMENT. The balance is paid at the hotel.

Can I cancel my booking automatically?
The answer is yes. Enter as if you were making a booking and at any of the steps, look for the link at the bottom of the page that says “cancel booking”. Once inside you just have to enter your booking reference number and your e-mail and shortly you will receive an e-mail confirming your cancellation.

How can I obtain an RH Card?
You can request an RH Card from our website or at any of our establishments. The only requirement is that you must have previously stayed at one of our hotels.

Will I receive offers (long stay offers, advance booking discounts) if I book through the website?
You can be sure that if you book through the website all the possible discounts for length of stay or dates will be applied to your booking.

Must I provide any identification documents on my arrival at the hotel?
It is important that you carry the printed booking confirmation with you that we sent you by e-mail although it is not vital as the hotel already has all of your booking details Don’t forget to bring your National Identity Document or Passport to confirm the booking is in your name.

Is it safe to introduce my credit card details in your system?
Both the page containing personal details and the credit card details are governed by the Thawte SSL security certification.

What is a deposit? Where can I view the deposit amount?
The deposit is a booking confirmation guarantee. The amount is the value of the first night’s stay and will be discounted from the final hotel bill on settlement.
