The staff are amazing, from reception to the cleaners and everyone in between. Very impressed with cleanliness and the upkeep of the hotel and the room was great! The pool was nice with no one pinning out towels et 6am like in other places Very accommodating for my 10 month old son and everyone made a fuss of him which was very nice

This is the only hotel we have ever stayed in more than once. We cane for a week during Easter and had a great time. For the children, there is so much for them to do (which was needed as it rained half the time!). The kids especially loved the outdoor play area, which is suitable for all ages. Food is varied and so fresh - you can always find something. The staff are excellent - perfect service. My son cried when we were leaving as he was so sad to go. Thank you, Princesa, we will be back.

Superb hotel, spotlessly clean, beds super comfy.food incredible, close to the old town. If you fancy a good Indian try the Kathmandu Restaurant, one of the best Indians we've had. Amazing rooftop bar close by called Planta 20 bar. Brilliant ?

"Reception desk, bar and restaurant staff are all very well trained, provide excellent customer service and are very helpful. Breakfast and dinner are both excellent with plenty of good options and a very good standard of all foods. Location is very good."
