We had a lovely week at the hotel. Friendly staff. Great food and drink Entertainment staff were fantastic. Pools kept very clean. Snack bar and pool bar were fab too. Wish we could return we didn’t want to leave. Evening entertainment was varied. Rooms were clean. Plenty of towels and bedding. AC did struggle in the 35c+ heat but reception kindly lent us a fan. Special mention to Jorge in the bar. Luna and Rocina in the Entertainment Team and Marilela the Lifeguard. Hope to see you in 2026

"All staff were very friendly, loved the view from balcony ( room 506 pool facing) Food was great and lovely high end restaurant feel about the dining area. . Gold AI was excellent, Truck stop with snacks excellent. Nice sun bed areas. Loved the spa where I got a massage. Fab location"
