"Excelentes todas instalaciones para familias con niños. La zona de juegos e hinchables para los pequeños fue lo máximo, nuestra hija lo disfrutó mucho. Excelente servicio en recepción, la habitación muy cómoda y nos brindaron una cuna sin coste. Sin duda volveremos y lo recomendaría 100%. "

"We are travelling by car, the hotel was easy to find and has plenty of parking for a small cost, this is a definite bonus in Benidorm. The staff are really friendly and helpful, we had to change rooms at one stage and everything was sorted well with the minimum of fuss. It’s a short walk from the old town which we found perfect. This is a great hotel with everything you need for a good holiday"

The staff are amazing, from reception to the cleaners and everyone in between. Very impressed with cleanliness and the upkeep of the hotel and the room was great! The pool was nice with no one pinning out towels et 6am like in other places Very accommodating for my 10 month old son and everyone made a fuss of him which was very nice
