"We have had a lovely stay, special thanks go to your team in the lobby bar as they have been fantastic all week. When the emergency happened on Tuesday they handled everything so professionally and we have been really impressed with this. The food has been the best we have had in an all inclusive hotel also. Thank you all so much for a brilliant experience."
