The Terms "You" and "User" are used here to refer to all individuals who for any reason access www.rh-hotels.co.uk (hereinafter, the Web Site) or use the services provided in the portal.

The use of these services will imply the full acceptance without reservation, and the validity, of each and every one of the General Contracting Conditions included in the latest updated version of these General Conditions.

As a Client, you declare that you are of legal age and have sufficient legal capacity to be bound by these General Contracting Conditions when contracting with Hoteles RH.

Hoteles RH informs you that the procedures to obtain the services offered are those described in these General Contracting Conditions, as well as those specific ones that are indicated on the screen during navigation, so that you declare to know and accept those procedures as necessary to contract the services offered on the Web Site.

Online Booking Services: On-line Booking services are for the purpose of booking rooms at any of the RH Hotels.

The use of these services will mean the full acceptance without reservations, and the validity, of each and every one of the general conditions included in the latest updated version of these general conditions.

Recruitment procedure: When using the service, the user will receive an email that will include their reservation number. The email serves as proof of your reservation and as confirmation of acceptance.

Guarantee and cancellation policy:When making your reservation and to obtain confirmation of it, you will have 3 options available:


Free cancellation up to 24 hours before arrival (valid until 12/19/2020). If you cancel the same day of arrival or do not show up, 1 night will be billed as cancellation fees. The reservation will be canceled for the rest of the stay. The hotel reserves the right to check the validity of the credit card before the date of entry. In case of early departure, you will be charged for the entire stay, except for just causes. To cancel a reservation, our Reservations team will attend you from Monday to Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., at 96 585 39 39. Outside of these hours, please contact directly the hotel you have reserved. You can also cancel your reservation through the website, once logged into your account under the option "Current Reservations".

Prices per room and night: The prices reflected on our website include VAT. 

Child ages: CHILDREN who, on the date the stay commences are 2 years old and a maximum of 12 years of age. To apply the price of a child, you must share a room with at least 2 more adults or 2 people with full payment. If the children exceed the indicated age, they will be considered as adults for all purposes. Children under 2 years of age are considered INFANTS.

The official check in time will be at 4:00 pm, although the room will be prepared before 2:00 pm, on departure day room must be vacated by 12:00 midday. Use of services: The user undertakes to use the services in accordance with the Law, morals, good behavior and public order, as well as with the provisions of these General Conditions of contract.

*GROUPS: "Stag & hen" groups not accepted.* Individual bookings that make up a group will not be accepted.

* Group bookings of more than 4 rooms not accepted.

Variability of the system: RH Hotels may, for greater agility and for the benefit of users, unilaterally modify, at any time and without prior notice, the services provided, or the operating conditions, techniques and use of services, through publication of said modifications on this Web Site in order to use the RH Hotels on-line reservation services that may be known and accepted by the Clients once again.
