Fully recommended, they are a charming team, all workers both reception, animation, restoration and cleaning are exquisite.The treatment is familiar and close and we will return next year for sure.

"Reception staff are the friendliest i have ever met, anywhere. They had a sense of humour. We also requested a room on the 15th floor and this was arranged."

"It was fantastic, our first proper holiday as a family. The staff make this place special, they are so friendly and accommodating. The all inclusive was amazing, the food was out of this world and something different every day. The kids entertainment was good but limited due to it not being height of summer. They were so good with our daughter though and kept open just for her. We had such a great time."
