Our week-long stay at the hotel was brilliant. Its location is superb, on the cliff above the sea in the old town, with views across the bay. We stayed half board and had breakfast and supper on the outdoor terrace. The food was great, with plenty of choice for breakfast Evening meals were a treat, beautifully presented, with great ingredients. The staff were lovely: friendly, attentive, helpful and efficient. Our room overlooked the square, with views of the church and the sea. It was spacious, comfortable and peaceful - a great place to return to after a day's climbing or hiking.

Really, five stars is not good enough for Gastrohotel Canfali in Benidorm. The highlights of Hotel Canfali are simple: nice, very friendly and helpful atmosphare strating at the reception, good food and breakfast in a modern restaurant. We had a room with a huge balcony overlooking the sea and beaches - just perfect. If you are booking a room book a Dvora room with sea view and balcony. You certainly wont't be disappointed. As a compliment we got to our room a bottle fo Cava and a wonderful fruit tray. A very considerate gesture from the hotel. The receptionist remembered from our converation when we checked in that we are celebrating our 54th wedding anniversary.
