"Die Lage mitten in der Altstadt ist großartig. Viele gute Restaurants, Cafés etc. in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Viel Leben, aber kein Straßenlärm. Metro- und Bahn-Anschluss hervorragend! Flughafen, andere Stadtteile, Strände, Ciudad de las Artes, Aquarium etc. toll zu erreichen. Ganz viele Sehenswürdigkeiten in den Altstadt problemlos zu Fuß machbar. UND: Ausgesprochen freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal an der Rezeption, ebenso bei der Zimmerreinigung. Tipp: Die Zimmer im 7. Stock haben eine kleine Dachterrasse mit Stühlen und Liegen. Die haben sich gelohnt."

"Very comfortable room with a balcony. Good sir conditioning and coffee maker. Amazing location, minutes from Estacion Nord and easy walking distance to all sights in the Old Town. Allowed access to our room early as it was ready and have individual lockers for luggage storage"

The location was great, around the corner of a metro station and a popular taxi parking spot also across the street from the central trainstation and I barely heard anything when I was trying to sleep. The service was very helpful, informative and friendly. I don't think I could've have wished for anything better.
