Our priority is to ensure the safety of our guests and our staff.

The highest requirement in standards and procedures of safety, cleanliness, quality and environment, has been a priority for our chain since it began.

In response to the coronavirus, we have reduced the capacity of the hotel by adjusting the amount of people.

We have implemented new additional measures in line with the instructions of the World Health Organization, to offer maximum security to our guests and employees.

These protocols are temporary and we will adapt them to the new situation daily.





 Clean rooms 


We have reinforced the daily cleaning protocol of your room.

Clean and disinfected for each new guest, with a specific textile protocol  and access to the room when the guest is not there.

Disinfection of all the elements in the room, with special emphasis on    doorknobs, doors, remote controls, switches, hangers, etc.

The remote controls will be sanitized and will have a cover for use.

To facilitate the cleaning and sanitizing of the room, those non-essential elements, products and amenities will be reduced, if necessary, you can request them at Reception.

All the items used for cleaning the room (mop, cloth, etc.) are disposable and of single use.

All our cleaning products are complemented with a special disinfectant for the elimination of COVID 19.



 Specialized staff

Specialized personnel will be trained and equipped with specific hygiene and protection measures for COVID 19.

Compliance with the recommendations of Health, WHO, and the Government Safe access with disinfecting mats and temperature controls to suppliers, workers and guests.

On arrival at the hotel we will provide you with 2 disinfecting wipes and a mask for use in the establishment and in the room you will find a bottle of hydroalcoholic solution.



 Approved disinfection

Following the advice of the HOSBEC Health Department and ICTE, the frequency of disinfection of all spaces has been increased with products approved against COVID-19.

You will find hydroalcoholic gel dispensers at different points of our establishments of obligatory useand in the restaurant.




 Online Check-in

Speed up your entrance to the hotel from home, reducing paperwork and waiting time at Reception.

In hotels with more than 100 rooms, waiting time at Reception will be facilitated with electronic devices.

The procedures for leaving the hotel (express check out) will be streamlined and card payment will be recommended.



 Swimming pools

We will have a member of staff prepared to sanitize each sun bed after its use.

The space required by the regulations will be left between sun beds to relax in complete safety.

At the end of the day, the pool area will undergo a general disinfection process.




The RH commitment to health safety and quality requires us to establish measures that must be followed by both hotel staff and guests.

Reservations for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

A safety space has been established between the tables and we will use single-use table linen.

Disinfection of hands on entry is mandatory.

All services (breakfast, lunch, dinner) and numbers of diners per table will be adapted to the measures imposed by the Ministry of Health at each moment of the pandemic, so they can vary at any time from buffet, to buffet attended or menu served at the table..

Both hotel staff and guests must wear face masks inside the restaurant, except when seated.

Children under the age of 12 must remain at the assigned table.

To choose the products of the buffet, they must always be accompanied by one of their parents.

Take Away Buffet: you can take your food to your room, to the café, to the beach, etc. A new way to enjoy our buffet.

We will also have specific staff to review capacity and prevent crowds. If the occupation is 30% or less of the hotel capacity, the restaurant service will be à la carte or reduced buffet but keeping the variety.

After each use, both tables and chairs will be properly sanitized.

Restaurant and café menus will be available with a QR code on our APP.




At RH Hotels, our entertainers are trained to carry out activities with small groups, prioritizing that they take place outdoors, avoiding contact and with prior reservation.

All the material used in the activities will be subjected to cleaning and hygiene processes.

In family hotels, our pet Mr. Rash will explain to children how to play adapting to this new situation in a fun and safe way.
