Fabulous hotel, one of the best we've stayed in. Reuben and Lorena on reception were great, we had the standard room for one night, very spacious and a very comfortable bed. A minute from Poniente beach so a great location.

Reuben and Lorena on reception were fabulous, the whole hotel was lovely, and our room was beautiful. It was a lovely surprise to have a bottle of Cava in our room when we returned to it, something we didn't expect. One of the best and friendliest hotels we've stayed in, will definitely return."

Hotel 💯 recommended ..perfect location in quiet area and with all kinds of shops ..comfortable rooms ..manicured and clean facilities ..various buffet with a daily thematic area ..very friendly staff to highlight Victor the lifeguard pending all customers to make us feel comfortable ..we will return

All right. Victor, the lifeguard, attentive to everything as always. The only thing worse I've noticed, is the buffet, there's a little more variety in the food. Otherwise the hotel very well, I have been coming to this hotel for a few years.

Great hotel very well located, almost on the beachfront, with large room and spacious terrace (highly recommended sea view). All with a lot of cleaning. Good gym and spa. Very nice outdoor pool with large jacuzzi. Pool and children's area apart from the main one. Service in the dining room is excellent by all waiters and breakfasts and meals of very good quality and variety. When we return to Benidorm we will surely repeat in this hotel.
