Staff very helpful lovely hotel clean and always accommodated whatever you needed. Rooms always cleaned everyday. Entertainment every night, Food top class. Near beach and shops a short walk to old town where you can find restaurants and bars at good prices,

Clean and friendly would definitely return next year and recommend any friends or relatives if you were going to Benidorm this would be the hotel to stay at friendly staff very accommodating thank you so much

My second time at the hotel. Again really pleased with the cleanliness and service provided. All staff are pleasant and hardworking . The gala meal on New Years Eve was lovely and free wine was provided with the meal. Good fun in the bar in the run up to the bells. It was obviously too cold for the outdoor pool. I made use of the spa pool and jacuzzi. As previously mentioned in reviews a swim cap is required. These are available for two euros in the spa. I would recommend this hotel.
