Good location, 10 minutes walk to the main strip, 20 minutes walk to the tram station which was very handy to explore the beauty of the coast from Alicante to Denia.

Very good staff waiters, cooks , the reception and cheerleaders are very welcoming and attentive to the people.And especially watchful of children who have games of all classesIt is the fifth time I go and I do not change it for any hotel I will return

Having a terrible stay in Benidorm which is a shock to us but the one redeeming feature is the hotel - it is excellent and the staff are even better. Need gluten free food and they go above and beyond.
