Fifth time I'm going and I hope it's not the last. The reception and bartenders are 10. The animation was very good, we just missed Alex. All great overall

Had a fantastic holiday here. Was impressed by the friendly staff from front of house reception all the way to the room cleaning staff. All were amazing. The hotel was flexible enough to let us change rooms as we were quite high up initially on floor 15, this was much appreciated. Food was excellent and there was always a choice each night. Entertainment team outstanding, lots of fun activities and competition for the kids! Best of all was the location, felt really comfortable and safe here. Would 100% stay here again.

The food was excellent, the room was tidied every day and the hotel was immaculate and the staff were polite and friendly the bar staff looked after us and the waiters and waitresses were very respectful all in all we had a great stay and we would go back any time .
