Lovely hotel, meals ok but very predictable, rooms and cleanliness really good cleaner exceptional. Pool was bloody freezing hot tub the same.Evening entertainment not brill.Staff tho very nice.

Have been to this hotel over 20 times and the standard is still excellent. Food delicious always piping hot rooms immaculate and. the hotel itself is always spotless. Location is spot on for old and new town weather was in th 80s. What more could you want. Will be returning soon.

The friendliest staff, cleanest pool, good food & perfect location for all areas of Benidorm especially the Old Town. We can't fault this hotel. It is a smaller hotel but because of that it is more personal.
