"Thank you so much to everyone at the hotel for a brilliant stay. I was really nervous to eat full board as my daughter has a number of food allergies. I wasn’t sure if we would be able to make use of it. On the first day, the staff were reassuring and diligent, took the situation seriously and obtained information needed from the chefs so we were clear about what she could and couldn’t eat.
