"We only stayed for 4 nights but could not find any faults. This is probably the nicest hotel we have ever stayed in and if we had been staying longer would definitely book a sea view. This was our first visit to Benidorm but we will definitely be returning "

This hotel is the best hotel we have ever visited .From the second we entered the hotel staff where amazing . Check in so smooth our room 102 was ready even though we arrived at 11.30am and room didn't disappoint . Food amazing plenty of choices restuarant staff all lovely but Carmen deserves 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ to herself. Her service to all the customer especially us was 2nd to none (hope the hotel management realise how much off an asset she is. Such a wonderful lady) Bar staff always smiling and bantering with everyone We will be back

Great hotel in a very good location. Close to shops, restaurants and bus stops. Spacious, comfortable rooms, very good breakfasts and dinners. Very nice and helpful hotel staff. I highly recommend it
