SAFETY AND HYGIENE MEASURES IMPLEMENTED IN OUR HOTELS
Our priority is to ensure the safety of our guests and staff.
The highest requirement in standards and procedures for safety, cleanliness, quality and the environment has been a priority for our chain since it began. Now, in response to the Coronavirus, we have implemented additional new measures, in line with the indications of the World Health Organization, to offer maximum safety to our guests and employees.
Some of the procedures adopted:

We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfecting rooms, main and private areas of the hotel, and especially of objects of common use such as lifts, door handles, public toilets, TV remote controls, room keys, etc.

All our team is being trained in the use of new specific cleaning and disinfection techniques to prevent the spread of the virus.

All of our workers have personal protective equipment.

The cleaning products we are using are those specifically recommended for the disinfection of COVID-19.

In the main areas of our hotels you will find disinfectant dispensers at your disposal.

In order to guarantee adequate seating and keep the safety distance, we have extended the hours of the different services.
Currently, our hotels have quality seals that guarantee and give visibility to all the actions that RH HOTELS have been and are carrying out:
- SICTED seal, a project to improve the quality of tourist destinations that works with tourist companies / services, with the ultimate objective of improving the tourist's experience and satisfaction.
- Tourism and Environmental Quality Seal "Q": carried out through an external audit, it guarantees that all quality, cleanliness, procedures, environmental and safety standards are maximized.
- Carbon footprint certification: RH Hotels has voluntarily made a firm commitment to responsible energy use. The carbon footprint certificate describes the calculation of the emissions of all greenhouse gases associated with organizations, events or activities or the life cycle of a product in order to determine its contribution to climate change. For this reason, RH Hotels' improvement actions are aimed at reducing negative impacts on the environment with the implementation of savings, energy efficiency and pollution reduction measures.
- Excellence in Kitchen Hygiene, awarded by the Ministry of Health of the local government. It implies a correct treatment of food to avoid the appearance of infectious outbreaks.

ACTIONS TAKEN TO STOP THE PROGRESS COVID19
From the moment this situation began, our hearts sank completely and we were clear that we had to contribute the maximum of our available resources to collaborate in the fight against Covid-19.
RH Hotels has carried out the following actions:
- From the first moment we have put our establishments at the disposal of the health authorities so that they can be used as accommodation for those who need it, and to medicalize and welcome people with symptoms that need medical follow-up and thus manage to decongest the Hospitals. Currently, the RH Vinaros Playa Hotel and the RH Vinaros Apartments are already developing this service and some other of our hotels have also been audited if they may be necessary for this purpose. Once this service is finished, the facilities will be sanitized following the maximum safety and hygiene protocols, to guarantee the health of our guests and workers.
- In addition, we have donated all the security products that we had available in our hotels, such as gloves and disinfectant gel.
- We have also donated sheets for the production of masks and food to official organizations, security forces and NGOs.
