Important information for before and after booking online
When you make bookings through our online booking system, we believe it is important for our customers to have all the possible information about the details they must have ready when making a booking and what they must do once the booking has been confirmed through our system. Remember to consult our

Remember, before booking on our website...
- Remember, before booking on our website. Make sure there are sufficient
funds available on your credit card.
- The required card details besides the number are: The expiry date
(month and year) and the CVV2/CVC2 number (this number is located on the back of
the card next to the signature strip). You will be required to enter this three
digit number into the corresponding field.
- Remember to check that the dates requested coincide with the dates of your
stay. If you wish to modify your booking at a later date, this could incur
a cancellation fee.
Once you have completed your online booking...
- Note down the address and phone number of the hotel selected. Therefore,
you can contact us more easily in case of unforeseen circumstances in transit or
if you wish to inform us of your late arrival.
- Check the hotel's location on the map. If necessary, we would recommend
that you print out the map or use a service such as
Google Maps.
- Download your e-mail. In it you will find additional information
that may be of use to you prior to your arrival at the hotel. If you have not received
an e-mail from us please check your anti-spam folder.
