With the RH Hotels Guaranteed Minimum Rate Programme you can be sure that you will find the best rates published on our website. We are certain that you will not find a lower price and if you do we guarantee to match that rate.

What happens if I find a lower rate?

The steps to follow if you find a lower rate are the following:

  1. Review the Terms and Conditions of the “Minimum Rate Guaranteed” Programme.
  2. Make your booking through our website www.rh-hotels.co.uk.
  3. Tell us in writing where you found the lower rate, subject to it being under the same conditions: Hotel, type of room, dates, applicable offer, same number of persons and type of lodging.
  4. You must submit your claim within 24 hours of booking at www.rh-hotels.co.uk to: quieromimejorprecio@hotelesrh.com or call our customer service line 902 99 60 72.

Claim Verification and Procedure

Our central booking centre verifies the validity of the claim based on our published Terms and Conditions and the customer will be contacted by e-mail or telephone to inform them of the status of their claim.

Terms and Conditions

  • The client must have made the booking through www.rh-hotels.co.uk and must have the corresponding booking number.
  • The lower price found must be able to be booked online on another web page under the same conditions as the booking made on www.rh-hotels.co.uk, that is to say, the booking must be confirmed immediately and in real time. This price must be applicable to the same hotel for the same type of room and lodging, for the same dates and number of guests. Online hotel bookings or websites where bookings are made without revealing the name of the hotel during the booking processes are not included.
  • The guarantee is not applicable in cases of errors in the uploading or publication of the prices on other websites.
  • The guarantee is applicable to lower prices whose restrictions (cancellation policies, deposits policies, etc) are equal to the restrictions applicable to the fee reserved via www.rh-hotels.co.uk.
  • The guarantee does not apply to confidential rates, any type of voucher system, rates that form part of a package holiday together with other services, company, group, meeting rates, etc.
  • The guarantee refers to the final price paid by the user, which includes the costs deriving from the services, taxes, fees or management costs charged to users by other websites.
  • The guarantee refers to the total price payable by the user for the entire stay, not to the partial price of some or all of the days of the same.
  • Claims must be made within 24 hours of having made the original booking at www.rh-hotels.co.uk.
