If you have already been a guest in one of our hotels, you only need to access the registration page and enter your ID or passport number and date of birth so that our system will validate and assign the corresponding discount (remember that it is only possible to get the code and discounts, if you have already stayed in any one of our establishments before) You can also print your R·H client code indicated on the user page once logged in.

What advantage does it give me to be an R•H client?

R•H clients can access a range of advantages reserved for registered exclusively for members. Below is a brief sample:

  • 4% special discount on the price of your reservation.
  • The discount is combinable with other offers.
  • 10% discount on drinks from bar and cafeteria.
  • Welcome gift.
  • Priority reservations
  • Possibility to check in at the hotel before (11: 00 am.) *
  • Leaving the room later (12: 00 midday) *
  • Access to your account online to book / cancel and upload your photos...
  • No charges for cancellation for bookings made through our website.

How are discounts applied to the booking? At the time of logging your client details by your ID and date of birth to make your reservation, our system will identify if you have already been housed in one of our hotels and will automatically apply the discount.
