RH Hotels and its commitment to quality

RH Hotels has established a Total Quality Commitment with its customers, employees, suppliers and with Society in general. To this end it has adopted the following fundamental principles as a guide for the development of its activities:

  • To offer a Quality service to our customers, in accordance with their expectations.
  • To provide our staff with a safe working environment that promotes the development of personal skills and team work.

The Tourism Quality Q-MarkAdministered by the ICTE (the Spanish Tourism Quality Institute), the Q mark demonstrates the commitment of RH Hotels to achieving complete customer satisfaction, covering their needs and surpassing their expectations, offering them excellent service and assuring the quality levels established in the Service Quality Standards.

The Environmental Tourism Quality Q-Mark

The Environmental Tourism Quality Q-MarkThe Environmental Tourism Quality Q-Mark or "Q Green", pioneered by the ICTE and the Fundación Biodiversidad (Biodiversity Foundation), belonging to the Ministry of the Environment, certifies and endorses compliance with the rules of the Standard governing matters of sustainability and environmental respect.

EMAS

EMASThe EMAS management system (EcoManagement and Audit Scheme) was passed in 1993 by the European Parliament with the objective of fostering continuous improvement in environmental behaviour far beyond that already established by the law. In the framework of its compliance, RH Hotels periodically prepares environmental reports.

Kitchen Hygiene Excellence

Kitchen Hygiene ExcellenceThe certificate "Excelencia en higiene de cocinas" (Excellence in Kitchen Hygiene), awarded by the Valencian Regional Government Department of Health, recognises the application of processes aimed at the correct handling and treatment of foodstuffs to avoid the risk of infectious outbreaks.

ISO 14001

ISO 14001The ISO 14001 certification recognises that RH Hotels continuously establishes, documents, implements, maintains and improves an environmental management system in accordance with the requirements in the Standard ISO 14001:2004. To this end, RH Hotels plans, implants and implements an environmental policy which is supported and approved by the top managerial level and about which all of the organisation's own personnel and all other interested parties are informed. Our environmental policy includes a commitment to continuous improvement and contamination prevention, and to compliance with the law and applicable environmental regulations.
