The Tourism Quality Q-Mark
Administered by the ICTE (the Spanish Tourism Quality Institute), the Q mark demonstrates the commitment of RH Hotels to achieving complete customer satisfaction, covering their needs and surpassing their expectations, offering them excellent service and assuring the quality levels established in the Service Quality Standards.

EMAS
The EMAS management system (EcoManagement and Audit Scheme) was passed in 1993 by the European Parliament with the objective of fostering continuous improvement in environmental behaviour far beyond that already established by the law. In the framework of its compliance, RH Hotels periodically prepares environmental reports.

ISO 14001
The ISO 14001 certification recognises that RH Hotels continuously establishes, documents, implements, maintains and improves an environmental management system in accordance with the requirements in the Standard ISO 14001:2004. To this end, RH Hotels plans, implants and implements an environmental policy which is supported and approved by the top managerial level and about which all of the organisation's own personnel and all other interested parties are informed. Our environmental policy includes a commitment to continuous improvement and contamination prevention, and to compliance with the law and applicable environmental regulations.
