Basis for the raffle
The company Resthotel S.L., with registered offices at c / pipe s/n Benidorm, Alicante, has organized a promotion with the
system of a random draw addressed to our participating customers over the age of 18.
Resthotel S.L. has organized the raffle in order to encourage guests to take part and tell us about their experience whilst staying in one of our hotels.
This promotion is valid from 01/11/2011 until 31/12/2012. The draw will take place at R·H hotels by the Management.
To participate it is essential to correctly fill in all the fields on the welcome to the hotel form and deposit the corresponding satisfaction survey which can be found in your room into one of the suggestions mailbox’s of your hotel.
Resthotel S.L. reserves the right to withdraw without prior notice any surveys they find to be defective or that we understand to have been entered repeatedly by the same guest. Only one survey form per room is accepted.
All guests staying at R·H Hotels from 01/11/2011 to 31/12/2011, will be entered into the draw for a week's stay for 2 persons on bed & Breakfast
(dates not valid for the prize stay are: Easter 2012 and 15/06/2012 - 15/09/2012, subject and always depending on availability and upon
confirmation of dates from the hotel selected by the guest), in any of our hotels. On February 2nd, 2012 the management will extract the
list of participants (1) winner and three (3) alternatives. Within a maximum period of a week after the draw, we will contact
the winner via e-mail. If the winner does not respond within a period of 15 days, or refuses the prize, an alternative
runner up will be contacted.
The Prize cannot be redeemed for cash.
Resthotel S.L. reserves the right to publish the user name of the winner for promotional reasons.
The mere fact of participating in the draw implies that the user fully accepts the terms and conditions of the legal basis.
